Fremont Studios is fairly amazing. If you need world class sound and video, look to them. They can seat around 600 in their main studio. Leaving the reception to the “smaller” secondary studio which comfortably holds 900 standing. The lighting, video, and sound capabilities make the rooms reflect your style and the space becomes all yours. They also have a huge stage which comes with a huge backstage for, well, staging (and catering).
